Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all remanufactured turbochargers and components removed from parts stock as a result of this service letter.

Return all remanufactured turbochargers and components that are removed from parts stock and a copy of the claim to:

Parts may be returned using the normal core return system with the following exceptions:1. Cases containing parts being returned for this program must not contain any parts not covered by the service letter. On the outside of the cases, mark Glen Glover/PI7325, the dealer code, and the case number.2. Use "PI7325" for the dealer reference number after each part number listed on the Core Credit Request/Packing List (CCR/PL). Include the warranty claim number on the CCR/PL and mark it as "Warranty".

Return all remanufactured turbochargers and components that are removed from parts stock as per Warranty Bulletin SC5.10 (Remanufactured Engines and Components), Bulletin SELD0978-01, of the COSA Warranty Guide (SELD0900). The following exceptions apply:
1. Cases containing parts being returned for this program must not contain any parts not covered by the service letter. On the outside of the cases, mark Glen Glover/PI7325, the dealer code, and the case number.2. Use "PI7325" for the dealer reference number after each part number listed on the Core Credit Request/Packing List (CCR/PL). Include the warranty claim number on the CCR/PL and mark it as "Warranty".All Other Dealers
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
