Disconnect the harness assembly for horn (14). Remove the two bolts, the washers, the mounting plate, and horn (14).
Remove the two bolts, the washers, the mounting plate, and striker (15).

Disconnect two harness assemblies (19).
Disconnect three hose assemblies (18).
Remove three bolts, the three washers, and DEF controller (17).

Remove the four bolts, the four washers, plate assembly (20), and the spacers.

Loosen the clamps and remove two hoses (21) from the fuel cooler.

Remove the cable straps and harness assembly (22) from the baffle.

Remove two seals (23) from baffle (24).
Remove nine bolts (25), the nine washers, and baffle (24).

Remove three bolts (27) and the three washers on bracket assembly (26).

Remove five bolts (28), the five washers, and bracket assembly (26).

Remove the two bolts, the two washers, and support plate (29).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cooling package (30). The weight of cooling package (30) is approximately 100 kg (220 lb).

Remove two bolts (31) and the two washers.

Remove bolt (32), the washers, and the nuts from both sides of cooling package (30).

Lift cooling package (30) until hose assemblies (33) and (34) are visible. Loosen the two clamps and remove hose assemblies (33) and (34) from cooling package (30).

Install cooling package (30) in the reverse order of removal. End By:
Install the expansion tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Expansion Tank- Remove and Install".
Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
Install the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure (Hood) - Remove and Install".
