Connect hose assemblies (35) and (36) for the air conditioning system. Install clip (34).

Connect harness assemblies (30), (31), (32) and (33) to the back of the cab.

Connect hoses (29) to tank (28).

Close access door (27) that is located on the right side of the cab.

Install cable assembly (23) onto bracket (26). Tighten nut (25). Install pin (24).

Install clip (22) onto cable assembly (23).

Place brake control valve (17) into position. Install bolts (16) for brake control valve (17). Move steering shaft (19) into position and install bolts (18). Install bracket (21) and bolts (20).

Install guard (15) to the front of the cab.

Connect ground strap (14) that is located under the cab.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to platform (12), as shown. The weight of platform (12) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Install platform (12). Install bolts (13).

Install bolts (10) onto bracket (9). Repeat for the other two brackets. Connect harness assemblies (8) and (11).

Attach a suitable lifting device to handrail (4), as shown. The weight of handrail (4) is approximately 18 kg (40 lb). Install handrail (4) and install bolts (7).

Install handrail (4) and bolts (6). Install handrail (3) and bolts (5).

Install platform (2) and install bolts (1).
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
