An incorrect surface finish on the 8J0386 Rotor in the 9T5604 Swivel Group of certain 12H, 120H, 135H ,140H, and 160H Motor Graders may cause oil leaks from the swivel group.

Refer to the Disassembly And Assembly Manual Form Number SENR8544 as required. (PG. 90, 91, and 93)
The rotor must be visually inspected. If the surface finish is similar to that shown in the attached Illustrations replace it by new one.
