Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to motor support (11). The weight of motor support (11) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Position motor support (11) to piston motor (13). Note: Note the orientation of motor support (11) to piston motor (13).
Install bolts (12). Tighten bolts (12) in a cross pattern to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to track drive assembly (1). The weight of track drive assembly (1) is approximately 118 kg (260 lb). Position track drive assembly (1) to the machine.
Connect hose assemblies (10).
Connect hose assemblies (9).
Connect hose assemblies (8).
Connect harness assembly (7).
Illustration 4 g01337558Note: Tighten bolts (4) before tightening bolt (5).
Position retainer (6) and install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 120 20 N m (90 15 lb ft).
Install bolt (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 240 40 N m (175 30 lb ft).

Position track tensioner (2) to track drive assembly (1). Install bolt (3). Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft). End By:
Install the track drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Drive - Install".
Install the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track (Rubber) - Remove and Install".
