Engine: G3516B (S/N: JEF1-UP)Introduction
This Special Instruction can be used to update the G3516B Engines with new waterlines, exhaust manifold bellows, exhaust elbows, and exhaust heat shielding. Because of ongoing design changes, some of the updates apply to certain serial numbersThe serial number breaks are defined in table 1.

Remove the original hose assembly, elbow, and O-Ring seal on the left bank turbocharger. Install new hose assembly (1), O-Ring Seal (2), O-Ring Seal (3), and elbow (4) .

Remove the original grommet (5), clip (6), clip (7), bolt (8), hard washer (9), full nut (10), and bracket (11).
