No cracks permitted on tack weld beads.
Tack welding within 50 mm (2.0 inch) from both ends is not permitted on inside back-up strip.
Tack welding within 50 mm (2.0 inch) from both ends is not permitted on bevel groove weld.
Length of back-up strip inside tack weld is not to exceed 20 mm (0.8 inch).
Unless otherwise specified, all welds are to be IE0099S.
