Some 2762995/">276-2995 Pump Groups for the torque converter were manufactured without an oil slot. The torque converter pump group needs to be replaced on certain 797F Off-Highway Trucks. The existing pump can overheat and seize causing catastrophic failure.

Replace the 2762995/">276-2995 Pump Group with a new 2762995/">276-2995 Pump Group for the torque converter. Do not commission or run engine until pump has been replaced. Refer to media number, KENR8372, for Removal and Installation instructions.
