1. Use the STICK IN function of the implement control lever to move stick nose pin (1) into hook (3) on the attachment with two guide collars (2) between the coupler plates.2. Extend the bucket cylinder (BUCKET CLOSE) until the bucket or attachment starts to move. Lift boom (BOOM RAISE) slowly while continuing to extend the bucket cylinder (BUCKET CLOSE), until the top of the attachment is hanging from the stick nose with retracted coupler wedges (4) pointed down.3. Move the hydraulic activation lever to the locked position.4. Turn screws (5) to extend wedges (4). Inspect coupler wedge engagement before operating excavator.Serious injury or death may result from an improperly engaged coupler.Coupler wedge engagement can be inspected from the cab by rotating the bucket or attachment in. Extend the bucket cylinder (bucket close) to bring the coupler actuator into view and bring the stick in until the wedges are visible.

Push down on the front of the left hydraulic quick change coupler switch to extend wedges (4). Continue to push down on the switch until the coupler motors stall out hydraulically.4. Extend the bucket cylinder (BUCKET CLOSE), and bring the stick in, to observe that the attachment is securely engaged by coupler wedges (4) in the proper position.Attachment Releasing (If Equipped With A Manual Quick Change Coupler)
1. Place the bucket or attachment in a safe position before disengaging the coupler.2. Move the hydraulic activation lever to the locked position.3. Turn screws (5) to retract wedges (4).4. Move the hydraulic activation lever to the unlocked position.5. Slowly retract the bucket cylinder (BUCKET OPEN), observing that the attachment remains stationary and is properly positioned.6. After the coupler and link are visibly disengaged, slowly disengage the stick nose from the attachment hook.Attachment Releasing (If Equipped With A Hydraulic Quick Change Coupler)
Disengaging the coupler will release the implement from the control of the operator.Serious injury or death may result from disengaging the bucket or attachment when it is in an unstable position.Place the bucket or attachment in a safe position before disengaging the coupler.
1. Place the bucket or attachment in a safe position before disengaging the coupler.2. Push down on the rear of the left and right hydraulic quick change coupler switches to retract the wedges. Continue pushing down on the switches until the motors fully disengage the wedges and reach hydraulic
