9 4 1W-2361 Cylinder Head Nut Use the following procedure in order to install the cylinder head:
1. Assemble seal, gasket, head, washer, and hand tighten nuts.
2. Simultaneously tighten each set of head studs with cylinder group stud tensioner at 40000 1500 kPa (5802 218 psi) pressure. Tighten nuts by hand and slowly release the pressure.
3. Repeat Step (2).
4. After assembly stud load should be 750000 N (168608 lb).
