1. Disconnect intake tube assembly (1) and exhaust tube assembly (2) from the turbocharger. 2. Disconnect fuel lines (3) and (4) and put a cap on the ends. Make an identification of the position of lever (5) on shaft (6).3. Remove two bolts (7), and remove lever (5) with housing (8). 4. Disconnect two oil lines (9).5. Remove the ground wire from the engine block located below the starting motor. Identify and disconnect electrical wires (10) from the electric starting motor. 6. Close valves (11). Remove two brackets (12) and the two hoses that the brackets hold. Disconnect ether line (13). 7. Disconnect wiring harness (14). 8. Install a lifting device to the two lifting brackets on the engine block as shown. 9. Remove bolt (15) from the front engine mount assembly on each side of the engine. 10. Remove bolt (16) from the rear engine mount assembly on each side of the engine. Remove the engine. The weight of the engine is approximately 1347 Kg (3000 lb).Install Engine
1. Install a lifting device to the two lifting brackets on the engine block. Position the engine in the frame and install the two front engine mount bolts and the two rear engine mount bolts.2. Tighten the four bolts that hold the front and rear engine mount assemblies, to a torque of 875 100 N m (640 75 lb ft). 3. Connect wiring harness (14). 4. Connect ether line (13). Install two hoses and brackets (12) that hold the hoses to the engine. Open valves (11). 5. Connect electrical wires (10) to the electric starting motor. Install the ground wire to the engine block. Connect two oil lines (9). 6. Position housing (8) on the governor. Align the identification mark on lever (5) with the identification mark on shaft (6), and slide the lever on the shaft. Install the two bolts (7).7. Connect two fuel lines (3) and (4). 8.
