(16) Case drainThe control valve has two solenoids (1) and (3). On/off supply solenoid (1) is controlled in the operators station by on/off switch (14). Control solenoid valve (3) is controlled in the operators station by temperature switch (13). Pressure relief valve (2) limits the oil pressure that flows from the air conditioner pump to the air conditioner circuit.When air conditioner on/off switch (14) is moved to the On position, power is supplied to air conditioner solenoid valve (1). Air conditioner solenoid valves (1) and (3) energize and move the spools in the valves. Oil from pump port (10) flows through on/off supply solenoid (1) to control valve (4). The spool in control valve (4) is moved to the left. Oil from port (10) flows through control valve (4) to control solenoid (3). Oil from control solenoid (3) flows to the air conditioner motor.If on/off switch (14) is moved to the Off position, solenoid valves (1) and (3) will be de-energized. Oil from pump port (10) flows through control valve (4) to port (6). Oil from port (6) flows through the air conditioner motor to the hydraulic tank.Orifice (11) keeps the air conditioner piston motor full of lubrication oil when the air conditioner system is not in operation.Pressure relief valve (2) regulates oil pressure from the air conditioner piston pump. The pressure and flow compensator valve, mounted to air conditioner piston pump, maintains the correct pressure and oil flow. Load sense port (7) signals the pressure and flow compensator valve of the required oil pressure. When no flow is demanded, the air conditioner piston pump maintains only the minimum standby pressure required by the system. When HVAC control valve (8) is activated, the load sensing spool, in the air conditioner piston pump will increase the flow from the pump.
