Information:

Personal injury can be the result if air line (3) is disconnected when there is still air pressure in the air line. To prevent personal injury, release the air pressure in the air tank by loosening the bleed valves on the air tank.
1. Disconnect air line (3) from union (4). Remove bolts (1) and the clip.2. Remove differential lock actuator valve (2).Install Differential Lock Actuator Valve (Earlier)
1. Put differential lock actuator valve (3) in position on the differential carrier. Install the clip and bolts (2) that hold the valve to the carrier.2. Connect air line (1) to the union on the actuator valve.Disassemble Differential Lock Actuator Valve (Earlier)
START BY:a) remove differential lock actuator valve 1. Remove bolts (2) and cover (3) from body (1). 2. Remove spool (7) and spring (6) from the body.3. Remove bolts (4) and cover (5) from body (1).4. Remove all the seals from the valve parts.Assemble Differential Lock Actuator Valve (Earlier)
1. Install new seals on the valve parts.2. Put cover (1) in position on body (4). Install the bolts that hold it.3. Put spring (2) in position in the body.4. Put spool (3) in position in the body over the spring.5. Put cover (5) in position on the body. Install the bolts that hold it.END BY:a) install differential lock actuator valveRemove And Install Differential Lock Actuator Valve (Later)
Do not disconnect air line (3) or remove bolts (1) from the differential lock actuator valve until all the air pressure is released in the air system. Personal injury could be the result if the air line is disconnected or the bolts removed with air pressure still in the air system. Open the two bleed valves on the air tank to release the air pressure in the air system.
1. Remove two bolts (1) that fasten differential lock actuator valve (2) to the transmission housing.2. Disconnect wire assembly (5) from the side of the differential lock actuator valve.3. Disconnect air line (3) and remove differential lock actuator valve (2). 4. Connect air line (3) to the differential lock actuator valve (2). Connect wire assembly (5). Make sure two O-ring seals (4) are in position on the valve.5. Put differential lock actuator valve (2) in position on the transmission housing and install two bolts (1) to hold it in place.Disassemble Differential Lock Actuator Valve (Later)
START BY:a) remove differential lock actuator valve (later) 1. Remove the nut, washer and coil (1) from the valve group. Remove two O-ring seals (2). 2. Remove cartridge (3) and plug (4) from the valve body. Remove O-ring seal (5) from the plug. 3. Remove three O-ring seals (6) from the cartridge. The components of the cartridge are not serviced and must be replaced as a unit.Assemble Differential Lock Actuator Valve (Later)
1. Inspect all O-ring seals for damage and make a replacement if necessary.2. Install three O-ring seals (1) on cartridge (2). 3. Install cartridge (2) in valve body (3). Install the O-ring seal on plug (4) and install the plug in the valve
