1. Remove two bolts (1) and the hard washers. Loosen clamp (2) on tube (3). Remove tube (3) from top cover assembly (engine) (4). 2. Disconnect two tubes (5) from the filter change indicators, at the air brake connectors. 3. Remove 12 bolts (7) and the hard washers from top cover assembly (engine) (4). Disconnect wiring harness (6) from the light. Pull wiring harness (6) through top cover assembly (engine) (4). 4. Position two lifting slings through top cover assembly (engine) (4), as shown. Secure the lifting slings to a hoist. Remove top cover assembly (engine) (4) from the enclosure assembly. The weight of top cover assembly (engine) (4) is 148 Kg (326 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the top cover assembly (engine). 5. Position two lifting slings through top cover assembly (engine) (4), as shown. Secure the lifting slings to a hoist. Put top cover assembly (engine) (4) in position on the enclosure assembly. The weight of top cover assembly (engine) (4) is 148 Kg (326 lb). 6. Pull wiring harness (6) through top cover assembly (engine) (4). Connect wiring harness (6) to the light. Install 12 bolts (7) and the hard washers to top cover assembly (engine) (4). 7. Connect two tubes (5) to the filter change indicators at the air brake connectors. 8. Put tube (3) in position on top cover assembly (engine) (4). Tighten clamp (2) on tube (3).
