2. Remove the bolts that hold screws (3) closed.3. Disconnect two oil lines (1) from the hydraulic oil cooler. Remove bolts (2) from each side of the radiator guard. 4. Disconnect wiring harness from light and horn on each side of radiator guard at location (4). Remove bolts (5) that hold clips in place on radiator guard. 5. Remove bolts (7), clips and tube assembly (6) from the radiator guard. 6. Remove bolt (8). Loosen the clamps (9) on each side of tube (10). Remove tube (10). 7. Loosen clamps (12) and slide the hose over tube (11). 8. Remove nut (13) and bolt. 9. Remove clamp (14) and hose (15) from the bottom of the radiator. 10. Fasten a hoist to the radiator. Remove five bolts (17) from each side of the radiator guard and remove radiator and guard (16).
Make sure the guard does not hit the fan.
11. Weight of the radiator and guard is 400 lb. (180 kg).Install Radiator And Guard
1. Put radiator and guard (1) in position on the machine.
Make sure the guard does not hit the fan.
2. Install the bolts to hold the radiator guard to the frame. 3. Install bolt and nut (2) that hold the radiator guard to the bracket (3). 4. Connect hose (4) and clamp to bottom of radiator. 5. Slide hose (5) over the tube and tighten clamps on the hose. 6. Put tube (8) in position on the machine. Slide the hose (6) over the tube on each end. Tighten clamps (9) on the hoses. Install the bolt that holds clip (7) to the fuel tank. 7. Put tube assembly (10) in position, and install the bolts that hold the clips in place. 8. Install the wiring harness (11) to the horn and lights. Install the bolts (12) in the clips in the radiator guard. 9. Connect two oil lines (13) to the hydraulic oil cooler. Install four clips (14) and bolts on the oil lines.
