Information:
start by: a) remove hoodb) remove water pump1. Remove the side cover of engine from right side of machine. 2. Remove two bolts (1) for water inlet line. Remove bolt (2) that holds brace to radiator. Remove the fan guards (3).3. Install lifting brackets (A) on radiator. Fasten a hoist to the brackets. 4. Disconnect wire harness (5) for lights and remove harness clamp. Remove the eight bolts (4) that hold radiator to frame. Slide radiator away from fan. Remove radiator and guard. Weight is 450 lb. (204 kg).Install Radiator And Guard
1. Put lifting brackets (A) on the radiator. Fasten a hoist to the brackets and put radiator on frame. Install the eight bolts loosely.2. Install the bolt that holds brace to top of radiator. Tighten the eight bolts. Install the fan guards.3. Connect the wire harness for the lights and install clamp for the harness.4. Install the two bolts that hold water inlet line to the top of radiator. Install side cover for engine.5. Remove lifting brackets (A) from radiator.end by: a) install water pumpb) install hoodDisassemble Radiator And Guard
start by: a) remove radiator and guard1. Remove the drain plug for radiator. 2. Remove the four sections of the shield assembly (1). Remove angle plate, cover (4), clamps (5) for wire harness tube, and outlet elbow (3).3. Disconnect the wires (2) from one light.4. Remove bolts for guard. Remove one side of the guard. Remove remainder of front and side sections of guard as a unit. 5. Loosen the bolts (6) that hold radiator core to bottom shell.6. Install a 3/8"-16 NC forged eyebolt in the top tank. Remove the core assembly from the shell. Weight is 225 lb. (102 kg).Assemble Radiator And Guard
1. Install a 3/8"-16 NC forged eyebolt in the top tank. Fasten a hoist and lift core assembly. 2. Put the core assembly on the shell (3) with the clamps (2) over blocks (4) and the drain nipple (1) in position through opening in shell. Tighten the bolts for clamps (2). 3. Put the side and front section (5) of the guard as a unit on the radiator core. Install the other side of the guard on the core assembly. Install all the bolts for the radiator guards.4. Connect the wires to the light. Install outlet elbow, clamps for tube of wire harness, cover, angle plate and four sections of the shield assembly. Install drain plug (6) for the radiator.end by: a) install radiator and guard
