Drain the water system completely when freezing conditions exist in order to avoid damage to the water system components.
Note: If the water spray system is equipped with freeze protection option, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Water Spray System" for an alternate method of preparing the water spray system when freezing conditions exist.

Remove tank filler cap from the water tank.Note: Failure to remove the tank filler cap prior to draining the water tank can distort or damage the tank.

Remove the drain plug for the water tank at the front of the machine.

Open the drain valves for the water pumps.

Open the filter drain valve and drain the water.

Open the drain valves at the end of each spray bar.

Push the water pump button on the keypad inside the cab.
Operate each water spray pump separately for 30 seconds in order to expel remaining water from the water pumps.
Close all valves.
Reinstall the tank filler cap onto the water tank after the water is drained from the tank.Note: Before you use the water spray system, close the drain cap. Fill the water tank with water.
