Detension the belt on the ground. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Belt Detension and Tension - Remove and Install".
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.

Place a block of wood between the outside front idler and belt (3). Place a block of wood between the drive wheel and the belt.
Remove four bolts (1) and the four washers. Remove right hand guard (2) .

Remove two locknuts (6) and strap assembly (4) from accumulator (5) .

Remove bolt (10) and the washer. Remove two bolts (8) and the washers.
Remove needle valve (9). Remove guard assembly (7) from the belt tensioner and the manifold.

Remove four bolts (11) and the washers. Remove the accumulator with manifold (12) .

Position the manifold in a suitable vise. Use Tool (A) to remove accumulator (5) from manifold (12). Remove the Rectangular seal.Installation Procedure
Note: Check the rectangular seal for wear or damage. Use new replacement parts, if necessary.
Position the manifold in a suitable vise. Install the accumulator on the manifold. Use Tool (A) to tighten the accumulator. Tighten the accumulator to a torque of 175 15 N m (129 11 lb ft).

Install the rectangular seal in the manifold. Install the accumulator and manifold (12) with the four washers and four bolts (11) .

Install guard assembly (7) on the belt tensioner and the manifold. Install needle valve (9) in the manifold.
Install the two washers and two bolts (8). Install the washer and bolt (10) .

Install strap assembly (4) on accumulator (5) with two locknuts (6) .

Install right hand guard (2) with the four washers and four bolts (1) .
Use this same procedure for the accumulator on the opposite side of the tractor.End By: Put tension on the belt. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Belt Detension and Tension - Remove and Install".
