14. Position the new 20R-0480 Oil Cooler Core Assemblies, the new 247-3796 Gaskets, and 243-6457 Bonnet. Install the 6V-5815 Bolts.
15. Position the 247-3796 Gasket and 243-6456 Bonnet on the opposite end of the cooler. Install the 6V-5815 Bolts. (Image1.10.1).

16. Install the 273-4020 Elbow and new 112-8186 O-rings using the 6V-1820 Bolts and 6V-5839 Washers.
17. Install the 273-4021 Elbow and new 112-8186 O-rings on the opposite end of the oil cooler using the 6V-1820 Bolts and 6V-5830 Washers. (Image1.11.1).

18. Install the bypass oil lines group onto the coolers with the 308-7220 Elbow, the 308-7222 Bypass Elbow, and new 269-7885 O-rings. Re-use the Bolts and Washers. (Image1.12.1).

19. Attach a suitable lifting device onto the engine oil cooler. The weight of the engine oil cooler is approximately 153 kg (336 lb) (Image1.13.1).

20. Raise the engine oil cooler assembly into position and install the 6V-7673 Bolts and 198-4767 Washers to mount the oil cooler assembly onto the engine (Image1.14.1).

21. Install the 322-7342 Tube and a new 259-4600 O-ring with the Bolts and Washers. Install the 260-8448 and 271-9102 Hose Assemblies. (Image1.15.1).

22. Install the 290-6718 Tube Assembly and new 213-9397 O-rings with the Bolts and Washers. Install the 6V-5684 Bolt that secures the tube clamp. Install the 260-8451 Hose Assembly. (Image1.16.1).

23. Install the 333-3705 Tube Assembly and a new 213-9397 O-ring with the Bolts and Washers. Install the 339-7961 Hose Assembly (Image1.17.1).
