If stop (65) and stop (66) was removed, use the following steps to set the stops.
Install two 1/2 - 13 forged eyebolts (67) in the trunnion. Install Tooling (W) .
Put a machinist's protractor (68) on the face of the track motor housing. Use a protractor that has an accuracy within 1/2 degree to 1 degree.
Put the bubble on the protractor to the level position. Make a note of the degree indication on the protractor.
Position machinist's protractor (68) onto the trunnion against the eyebolts. Put the bubble on the protractor to the level position. Make a note of the degree indication on the protractor.
Adjust stop (66) until the difference is 33 degrees. Fasten stop (66) in place with nut (69) .

Adjust the stop.
Put the machinist's protractor (68) on the face of the track motor housing. Put the bubble on the protractor to the level position. Make a note of the degree indication on the protractor.
Use Tooling (PP) in order to move the trunnion assembly against stop (69). Put the machinist's protractor (68) on the face of the trunnion against the eyebolts.
Put the bubble on the protractor to the level position. Make a note of the degree indication on the protractor.
Adjust the stop (69) until the difference is 14.5 degrees. Fasten the stop in place with the nut.
Remove the two eyebolts. Remove Tooling (W) .

Install two O-ring seals (72) and the two dowel (73) into the head (74). Install the port plate (70) so holes (71) are in alignment with dowels (73) .

Hold the port plate (70) in position. Install the head (74) on the trunnion.

Install bolts (75) that hold the head to the trunnion. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 88 7 N m (65 5 lb ft).
Install retainer (76) so the pin (80) is in alignment with hole (79) in the shaft assembly. Install lock (77) and bolt (78). Tighten bolt (78) to a torque of 88 7 N m (65 5 lb ft). Make a bend in the tab on lock (77) .

Install seats (81) into shuttle valve (82) with tooling (L). The seats must be installed with the chamfer to the outside. Install ball (86) into shuttle valve (82). Install pin (85) and O-ring seal (84) on plug (83). Install plug (83) into shuttle valve (82). Pins (85) and pins (89) must be installed so dimensions "X" are 8.0 0.5 mm (0.315 0.020 inch).
Install pin (87) and ball (88) into the shuttle valve. Install pin (89). Install O-ring seal (90) on plug (91). Install plug (91) into the shuttle valve.

Install three O-ring seals (92) on shuttle valve (82). Install the valve on head (74). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 24 7 N m (18 5 lb ft).

Install gasket (93) on the track motor housing. Install cover (94) on the track motor housing.
Install the track motor on the machine. Check the operation of the track motors.
