1 1 201-4758 Shim Pack As required, use the shim pack to adjust the clearance. do not use more than two thin shim, if three thin shim required use thick shim to adjust :
Thickness of shim pack is 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).
2 3 8W-5396 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch) between the top side of the arm and upper sleeve bearing in the frame.
3 2 2A-6946 Steering Link Gp Before assembly, apply 4C-5592 Anti-Seize Compound to ball stud tapers and threads.
The opening for the clamp assembly must be aligned with the slots in the rod for the steering link
Tighten the nuts (5) to 583 27 N m (430 20 lb ft) to position the clamps. Socket must be free to rotate.
4 4 3J-6899 Locknut Before assembly, apply 4C-5592 Anti-Seize Compound to washer face of the locknut.
Torque to 2550 100 N m (1881 74 lb ft). Note: Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Front Wheel - Align" for additional information.
