Removal Procedure
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.
If equipped with a sound suppression arrangement, refer to Special Instruction, "Installation of the 351-3820 Sound Suppression Ar (If Equipped)" for specific panel locations and the correct removal or installation procedure.
Turn the power disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Remove bolts (3) in order to disconnect harness assembly (4).
Remove bolts (1). Remove electronic control (2). Installation Procedure
Install electronic control (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 7.0 0.5 N m (61.96 4.43 lb in).
