A 154-6184 Bolt 2 Start By:
Remove the track roller frame. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame - Remove".

Remove bolts (1) from the pivot shaft.
Use a suitable lifting device in order to support pivot shaft (2).
Install Tooling (A) in the threaded holes in order to separate the pivot shaft from the machine.
Remove pivot shaft (2). The weight of the pivot shaft is approximately 73 kg (160 lb).

Remove plate (4) and seal (5) from pivot shaft (2). Remove ring (3), if necessary. Installation Procedure

If ring (3) was removed from pivot shaft (2), increase the temperature of the new ring (3). Install ring (3) on the pivot shaft.
Install seal (5) and plate (4).

Put Tooling (B) on the short end of pivot shaft (2).
Install Tooling (C) in the frame for the installation of the pivot shaft. Use a suitable lifting device in order to position pivot shaft (2) on the machine.
Align the short end and the bolt holes of pivot shaft (2). Note: If necessary, use bolts that are longer than original bolts (1) in order to press the short end of pivot shaft (2) in the machine. After the pivot shaft has been seated, replace the longer bolts with original bolts (1).
Install bolts (1). End By:
Install the track roller frame. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame - Install".
