Raise the temperature of bearing (12) and bushing (11).
Install bearing (12) and bushing (11) onto shaft (13).

Use a suitable press to install shaft assembly (9).

Pack the cavity between bearings with Tooling (D). Use a suitable press and Tooling (C) to install bearing (14) and bushing (10).

Install shims (8).

Use Tooling (A) to install seal (7) onto flange (6).

Position flange (6) and bolts (5).

Apply Tooling (D) to the splines of the shaft. Install flange (4) and washers (3).

Install spacer (2) and bolt (1).
Repeat Step 5 through Step 9 for the opposite side.End By:
Install the carrier bearing. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft and Carrier Bearing - Install".
