creeper speed function allows the operator to operate the machine at a low speed high torque setting. The creeper speed function is selected by pressing the creeper speed switch on the soft switch panel (SSP) in the cab. The SSP communicates with the ECM via the CAN data link. When the creeper speed function is selected, the ECM will energize the travel motor swash plate angle limit solenoid in order to control the travel speed of the machine. The ECM will illuminate the LED above the creeper speed switch in order to indicate that the function is ON.The creeper speed will remain ON until the creeper speed switch is pressed again. The creeper speed function operates independently of the position of the armrest.Note: If the limp home mode switch is on, the creeper speed will be turned off.
