Reduction of the governor gains at lower speeds (0-1200 rpm) on 50Hz engines.
Reduction of the cylinder cutout jacket water temperature lower limit to 65° C (149° F).
Inclusion of a new low transmission pressure alarm in the programmable monitoring system in Cat® Electronic Technician (ET). Added a low auxiliary pressure feature to Auxiliary/Generator Set engines as shown in the tables below.
Cat ET 2017C will no longer instruct to install a timing calibration probe.
Programmable monitoring system now has a range of 100° C (212° F) to 830° C (1526° F) for high exhaust temperature.
