This Program must be administered as soon as possible.When reporting the repair, use "PI32128" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Codeand "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32128" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number,"96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The existing insulated barrier may have shipped without 423-1935 and 423-1936 Warning Labels that inform the customer of the danger of contact with the live bus.

ACTION REQUIRED
DANGER
High voltage may be present. Work on this equipment must be performed by authorized trained personnel. Failure to disconnect the power source before performing maintenance or removing modules exposes personnel to electrical potential.
Bodily contact with electrical potential will cause serious personal injury or death.
After power is removed, wait for 5 minutes before the UPS is opened. This action allows the capacitors to discharge. Ensure that the capacitors are at a zero energy level before performing work. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) suitable to the work being performed must be worn when performing maintenance on the UPS.
INSPECTION
Ensure that all lockout/tagout procedures for the site are followed. Read and understand the "Safety" section in the Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8515 or SEBU8516 before proceeding with any work on the UPS.
Inspection of the insulated barrier is required to determine if the warning labels are present.
Inspect for the presence of the insulated barrier as well as the presence of the warning labels. Refer to Image1, and Image2.
Upon completion of the inspection, the UPS can be put back into service following the standard start up procedure as per the "operation" section in the Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8515 or SEBU8516.
If the warning labels or the insulated barrier are determined to be missing, contact Caterpillar EP Customer Service Engineer, Trent Masterson at masterson_trent_d or 770-233-3971 for any further action.
