The button for the "ALARMS" screen is present at the bottom of most screens. This button enables the operator to display the screen for alarms. If the button is red, an alarm has been latched and the alarm appears on the screen for alarms. If the button is blue, there are no alarms that are latched and there are no alarms that are active in the system.

Personal injury or death can result from the engine starting. The engine can start and injure persons working on or near the engine.Be sure the engine cannot be started while service work is being performed. This is very important when the engine is equipped with an Automatic Start Stop System. On engines equipped with an air starting system, close the air supply valve to the air starting motor before service work is begun.
The system may activate unexpectedly if the system is in the automatic mode. Remote starting may be active and remote starting may be enabled while the alarms are acknowledged with the icon for "ACKNOWLEDGE". The system will then activate if the system is in the automatic mode. Disable remote starting before acknowledging an alarm if starting is not desired. See OMM, "Setup Screen".Touching the "RELAY RESET" button has the same effect as touching the reset button on the front of the following relays:
Generator Multifunction Relays (GMR)
Utility Multifunction Relays (UMR)The "RELAY RESET" button resets the active targets on these protective relays. The screen for "ALARM HISTORY" can be accessed by touching the button for "ALARM HISTORY" (3). The screen for "ALARM HISTORY" contains a list of alarms. As many as 100 alarms may appear on the screen for "ALARM HISTORY". The newest alarm is displayed at the top of the list.
