Connect the steering frame lock.
Position the bucket flat on the ground.

Attach a suitable lifting device to bucket tilt link (1). The weight of bucket tilt link (1) is approximately 64 kg (140 lb).
Remove bolt (2), the washer, and the spacer from pin assembly (3).

Use Tooling (A) to remove pin assembly (3).

Place suitable cribbing under the lift arms. Remove bolt (4), the washer, and the spacer from pin assembly (5).
Remove pin assembly (5).
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to remove the pin assembly from the opposite side of the bucket.

Use a suitable lifting device to remove bucket (6) from the machine. The weight of bucket (6) is approximately 2020 kg (4450 lb).Installation Procedure
Install bucket (6) in the reverse order of the removal.
