When reporting the repair, use "PS4522" as Part Number, "7755" as Group Number, and "96" as Description Code. Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed from parts stock as soon as possible. Termination Date

Problem
Leaks may occur between the ignition tube and the valve cover on certain 3408B and 3412B SI Engines. Seals made of a new material that are more resistant to deterioration can be installed.
