Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the installation procedure, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble.
Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Position valve assembly (2) onto the frame assembly. Use two bolts (6), the washers and nuts in order to install valve assembly (2) to the frame assembly.

Connect hose assembly (5) to valve assembly (2).

Connect hose assembly (4) to valve assembly (2).

Connect hose assembly (3) to valve assembly (2).

Connect hose assembly (1) to valve assembly (2).
Fill the steering system with hydraulic oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7173, "Steering System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure.
