Use a induction type bearing heater to heat the outer bearing cone (10) to 150° 20°C (302° 36°F).
Install outer bearing cone (10) onto axle (8). Make sure that the outer bearing cone (10) is seated against the shoulder of axle (8) .Note: After installation, coat the outer bearing cone (10) with a thin film of SAE 10W30 oil.

Use a press in order to install the outer bearing cup (11) and the inner bearing cup (13) into the housing (7) .Note: Make sure that the outer bearing cup (11) and the inner bearing cup (13) are seated against the shoulders of housing (7) .
Position the axle (8) so that the end with the flange is facing downward. Install housing (7) onto axle (8) until the outer bearing cone (10) rests in outer bearing cup (11) .
Use an induction type bearing heater to heat the inner bearing cone (12) to a temperature of 150° 20°C (302° 36°F).
Install the heated inner bearing cone (12) onto axle (8) .Note: After the inner bearing cone (12) has been installed onto axle (8) and the cone has cooled for approximately five to ten minutes, a small amount of
