Start By:
Remove the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove" for the correct procedure.

Place the radiator in a suitable stand in the upright position.
Remove bolts (3) and washers (4) from the radiator.
Remove baffles (2) and strip assemblies (5) .
Remove bolts (6), washers (7), and shield (1) from the radiator. Repeat this procedure on the three remaining shields.

Remove bolts (8) and washers (9) from the radiator.
Remove bracket (10) and strip assembly (11) from the radiator.

Remove bolts (13) from top radiator tank (12) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to remove top radiator tank (12) from the radiator. Top tank assembly (12) weighs approximately 82 kg (181 lb).

Remove bolts (14), washers, and strap assemblies (15) from the core assemblies.

Remove bolts (16), washers, and strap assembly (17) from the core assemblies.

Remove core assemblies (18) from the radiator.

Remove seals (19) and seals (20) from top tank (12) and center tank (25 ) (not shown).

Remove bolts (21) and washers from the core assemblies. Remove strap assemblies (22) from the core assemblies.

Remove bolts (23), washers, and strap assemblies (24) from the core assemblies. Center tank (25) is shown.

Remove bolts (26) from the radiator.

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to remove center tank (25) and the two channel assemblies. The combined weight of tank (25) and the two channel assemblies is approximately 30 kg (66 lb). Core assemblies (27) are shown.

Remove core assemblies (27) from the radiator.
