Disconnect harness assemblies (7). Remove wire clip (7a) that secures the harness assembly to the hood. Cut the cable straps that secure the harness assembly to the hose on the vacuum pump.

Support the hood with a suitable lifting device.

Remove nut (9) from support (8). Disconnect the head end of support (8) from the machine.

Remove bolts (10) from hinge (11). Repeat for the opposite hinge.
Remove the hood from the machine. The weight of the hood is approximately 48 kg (105 lb).

Remove hose assemblies (12).
Remove hose assemblies (13).

Remove bolts (15) from the pump bracket. Move the bracket and pump (14) away from the hydraulic tank.

Disconnect hose assemblies (16) from hydraulic tank (3).

Remove bolt (17), the plate, and the cover from the hydraulic tank. Move pressure sensors (18) away from the hydraulic tank.
Repeat Step 18 for the pressure sensors on the opposite side of the hydraulic tank.
Repeat Step 18 for the pressure sensor that is located on the right side of the machine between the engine and the hydraulic tank.

Remove bolt (19) from the top of the hydraulic tank.

Remove two bolts (20). Remove cover (21).
Repeat Step 22 for the opposite side of the machine.

Remove bolt (22) through the access hole on the lower side of the hydraulic tank. Remove bolt (23).
Repeat Step 24 for the opposite side of the machine.

Remove four bolts (25). Disconnect tube assembly (26) from implement pump (24).

Remove hose assemblies (27) from the left side of the hydraulic tank.

Remove hose assemblies (28) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank. Disconnect harness assembly (29) from the temperature sensor.

Support hydraulic tank (3) with a suitable lifting device. The weight of hydraulic tank (3) is approximately 132 kg (290 lb).
Lift hydraulic tank (3) slightly. Move hydraulic tank (3) forward. Hydraulic tank (3) must be clear of the bracket for the hood support. Remove hydraulic tank (3) from the machine.
