Install cooler assembly (3) .
Install bolts (4) which hold cooler assembly (3) in place.
Apply Tooling (B) to the mating surfaces of header (7) and cooler assembly (3). Apply Tooling (B) to the mating surfaces of header (7) and the differential housing.
Install bolts (6) which hold header (7) and cooler assembly (3) together.
Install bolts (5) which hold header (7) in place.
Install connectors (8) on header (7) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to intermediate housing assembly (1). The weight of intermediate housing assembly (1) is approximately 82 kg (180 lb).
Apply Tooling (B) to the mating surfaces of the differential housing and intermediate housing assembly (1).
Install intermediate housing assembly (1) and bolts (2) .End By:
Install the service brakes. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Service Brakes - Install".
Install the fixed axle. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fixed Axle (Front) - Install".
Install the oscillating axle. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oscillating Axle (Rear) - Install".
