SEAL KIT 2590638 - Caterpillar

1. Remove four bolts (1) and access panel (2) from the left side of the machine.2. Open the access door (3) on the left side of the machine. 3. Remove screw (4) and knob (5) from the end of the horn switch to the seat platform. Remove nut (6) that holds the horn switch to the seat platform. 4. Pull horn switch (7) from the seat platform and disconnect wire harness (8). Remove horn switch (7) from the machine. 5. Remove six bolts (9). Do not remove two bolts (10) which fasten the horns to the panel. Remove panel (11) and disconnect wires (12) from the horns. Remove two bolts (10) and remove horns (13).Install Horns And Switch (977L)
1. Put horns (3) in position on panel (1) and install two bolts (4) that hold the horn to the panel.2. Connect wires (2) to the horns.3. Install panel (1) on the frame with the six bolts that hold it in place. 4. Put horn switch (5) in place from under the seat platform. Connect ends of wire harness (6) together. 5. Install nut (9) on horn switch (5). Put knob (7) in position on the horn switch and install screw (8). 6. Close access door (11) and install access panel (10).
