Description of Change: Improvements have been made to the exhaust manifold groups for G3520C Engines with single turbochargers. The exhaust elbows have been redesigned in order to reduce the thermal expansion that causes misalignment to the bellows.Improvements have been made to the exhaust heat shields for G3520C Engines with single turbochargers. The exhaust heat shields have been redesigned in order to allow less heat to escape from the exhaust manifolds.Adaptable To: The 200-6550 Exhaust Manifold Gp
The 200-6550 Exhaust Manifold Gp for the G3520C includes the following changes. The 301-3073 Bellows As and the 305-3447 Seals can be retrofitted to any G3500C Engine. All parts that are listed in Table 1 must be used as an entire group.
