Lubricate all the seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
1 20 8T-0100 Bolt Torque to 30 4 N m (267 35 lb in).
2 1 435-7633 Transmission Harness As Use the following guidelines in order to the strap the transmission harness assembly to the transmission:
1. Do not allow wires that are not braided to rub on other parts.
2. Do not pull the connector wires tightly.
3 4 165-4931 Elbow As Use the following procedure to assemble the elbow assemblies:
1. Remove the nipple assembly from the modulating valve group.
2. Position the elbow assembly to the specified angle of 45 degrees. Refer Illustration 1. Tighten the elbow assembly in the modulating valve group to a torque of 14 4 N m (124 35 lb in).
3. Reinstall the nipple assembly to the elbow assembly and tighten to a torque of 14 4 N m (124 35 lb in).
4 5 6V-5215 Bolt Torque to 30 4 N m (267 35 lb in).
5 1 238-0112 Temperature Sensor Gp Torque to 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
6 1 344-7389 Pressure Sensor Gp Torque to 62 6 N m (46 4 lb ft).
7 1 252-2237 Solenoid Valve Gp Use the following installation procedure to properly seat the solenoid valve group in the cavity:
1. Place the solenoid valve group in the cavity.
2. Install the bracket.
3. Torque to 14.2 0.7 N m (125.7 6.2 lb in).
8 2 5P-8347 Bolt Torque to 30 4 N m (267 35 lb in).
