1. Disconnect line (1) at rear of intake manifold (5).2. Disconnect cold starting aid tube (2) from intake manifold (5).3. Loosen two clamps (4) on air line.4. Remove four bolts and washers from elbow (3). Disconnect elbow (3) from intake manifold (5). Remove elbow (3).5. Remove twelve bolts and washers (6), and intake manifold (5) with its three gaskets. The weight of the intake manifold (5) is 6.5 kg (14.4 lb). The following steps are for installing the intake manifold.6. Check the condition of the three gaskets used beneath intake manifold (5) and replace if necessary.7. Position the three gaskets and intake manifold (5).8. Install bolts and washers (6), and tighten evenly.9. Put elbow (3) into position on intake manifold (5), and secure with four bolts and washers. Position air line over elbow (3), and tighten clamps (4).10. Connect line (1) and cold starting aid tube (2).End By:a. install muffler and air cleaner assembly
