Electrical fault in control circuit
Faulty solenoids for control valve spoolProblem
One or more of the implements does not operate.Probable Cause
Low standby pressure
The directional valve resolver network may be faulty. This may cause the pump to fail to charge the system to the maximum required pressure. Refer to Systems Operation/Testing and Adjusting, "Pilot Hydraulic System".
Low pressure cuts
The signal limit is set too low.
The load control valve on the implement cylinder is faulty.Problem
The frame leveling hydraulic system does not operate.Probable Cause
The load control valve is not operating due to an electrical fault.
The load control valve on the frame leveling cylinder is faulty. Refer to Systems Operation/Testing and Adjusting, "Frame Leveling System".
The frame leveling hydraulic cylinder is damaged.Problem
Erratic movement of the boom or any implementProbable Cause
Hydraulic oil level is low. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU6865, "Hydraulic Oil Level - Check" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7112, "Hydraulic Oil Level - Check".
Air in hydraulic oil
The output from the pump is not constant.
Pressure in the signal line from the bank valve is changing. Dirt in the system may cause the directional valve resolver network to flutter.
Faulty control valve on cylinder that is affected
Dirty oil may affect the metering action and this could cause the operation of the boom and the work tool to be faulty.Problem
The quick coupler fails to maintain the selected angle when the boom is raised or lowered.Probable Cause
There is leakage past the seal for the compensating valve or past the seal for the tilt cylinder. Refer to Systems Operation/Testing and Adjusting, "Compensating Valve". Also, refer to Systems Operation/Testing and Adjusting, "Tilt System".
Leakage past the seal for the compensating valve or leakage from the seal for the tilt cylinderProblem
Due to drift of one or more of the cylinders, the quick coupler fails to hold the position that was desired.Probable Cause
The cylinder has internal leakage due to cylinder damage or wear.
The cylinder has damage to the piston seal or wear.
The load control valve on the cylinder has leakage due to damage or wear.Problem
Movement of the quick coupler or the boom extend/retract is slow or inoperative.Probable Cause
Strainers in the manifold for the solenoid valve are blocked.Problem
The boom does not extend Type 1, Type 3, and Type A Control Arrangement.Probable Cause
