(36) Machine TILT FORWARD - Press this button in order to tilt the machine toward the front. The rear pendulum arms will move downward and the front pendulum arms will move upward. This is useful when you are working up a hill.

(37) Machine TILT LEFT - Pressing this button tilts the machine to the left. The right pendulum arms will move downward and the left pendulum arms will move upward. Use this button when you are operating the machine on the side of a hill in order to maintain the machine in a level position. (38) Machine TILT RIGHT - Pressing this button tilts the machine to the right. The right pendulum arms will move upward and the left pendulum arms will move downward. Use this button when you are operating the machine on the side of a hill in order to maintain the machine in a level position.

(39) Machine TILT BACKWARD - Press this button in order to tilt the machine toward the rear. The front pendulum arms will move downward and the rear pendulum arms will move upward. This is useful when you are working down a hill.Using the "SHIFT" Button
Note: The "STOP/PAUSE" button also has the same functionality as the "SHIFT" button.Cut Selection - When the engine start switch is turned to the ON position, manual cutting is active. To change the method of cutting to cut wait or to automatic cutting or to log type cut, hold down the "SHIFT" button and press the "CUT" button. To change the method of cutting back to manual cutting, hold down the "SHIFT" button and press the "CUT" button.Color Marking System - The "SHIFT" button can also be used to manually change the color that will be used on the next log. To mark the log with color 1, hold down the "SHIFT" button and press button (11) on the left hand control. To mark the log with color 2, hold down the "SHIFT" button and press button (12) on the left hand control. To use color 1 and color 2, hold down the "SHIFT" button and press both buttons. Only the next log will be marked with the selected color. Then, the color that is programmed in the computer aided bucking system will be active again.Stump Treatment - The "SHIFT" button can also be used to manually activate the stump treatment pump. To treat the stump, hold down the "SHIFT" button and press button (6) on the left hand control.Species of Tree - The species of the tree can be changed at any time before a tree is felled. The species cannot be changed in the HORIZONTAL position if more than 30 cm (12 inch) of the tree has been fed through the harvester head after felling. To change the species, refer to table 3 or table 4. The "Species" can be changed if the log reversed. Also, the "Species" can be changed after the log is cut.Edit Log - Press the "SHIFT"
