Start by removing the seat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Seat - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (2) from the front of seat (1) .

Slide seat (1) forward in order to get access to the back bolts. Remove bolts (3) and seat (1) from suspension (5) .
Remove limiting straps (4) from suspension (5). Discard suspension (5) .

Place seat (1) on side. Remove the nuts, the washers, bolts (6), right side rail (7), and left side rail (9) from seat (1). Remove bar (8) .Note: One of the rails must be removed in order to remove bar (8)

Install plate (11), two bolts (12), four washers (13), and two nuts (14) to the front of suspension (10a) .
Install limiting straps (4), two bolts (15), four washers (16), and two nuts (17) to the base of suspension (10a) .

Install slide (7), slide (9), four bolts (10e), four short slide washers (10d), four washers (10f), and four nuts (10g) to suspension (10a) .Note: Install right side rail (7) to the left side of suspension (10a). Install left side rail (9) to the right side of suspension (10a) .
Install bar (8) .

Install limiting straps (4), the two bolts, and the two washers to the top of suspension (10a) .

Install channel brackets (10c), four bolts (10h), four washers (10f), and four nuts (10g) to seat (1) .

Install seat (1) to suspension (10a) .
Install long slide washers (10b), two bolts (10e), two bolts (10i), four washers (10f), and four nuts (10g) to the rear portion of suspension (10a) .
Install the short slide washers (10b), two bolts (10e), two washers (10f), and two nuts (10g) to the front portion of suspension (10a) .

Attach a lifting strap, Tooling (A), and a suitable lifting device to the seat assembly. The weight of the seat assembly is approximately 80 kg (176 lb).

Place plates (21) under the seat assembly. Install four spacers (20), four washers (18), and four bolts (19) .

Connect harness assembly (22) from the seat assembly to the machine.
