Component Locations for the Pilot Hydraulic System (1) Combination valve for pilot supply. (2) Pilot control actuators. (3) Pilot oil relief valve. (4) Hydraulic oil filter. (5) Brake accumulator charging valve. (6) Pilot/brake pump. (7) Hydraulic tank. The pilot hydraulic system is composed of the following components: hydraulic tank (7), pilot/brake pump (6), pilot relief valve (3), hydraulic oil filter (4), combination valve for pilot supply (1) and pilot control actuators (2).

Right Side of Machine ( 836G) (3) Pilot relief valve. (4) Hydraulic filter. (5) Brake accumulator charging valve. Pilot/brake pump (6) supplies pressurized oil to brake accumulator charging valve (5) in order to supply oil for the brake system. The oil flows from brake accumulator charging valve (5) to hydraulic oil filter (4). The hydraulic oil flows from hydraulic oil filter (4) to pilot oil relief valve (3). Pilot relief valve (3) reduces the pilot supply oil to a pressure of 2400 100 kPa (350 15 psi). The pilot supply oil flows from pilot oil relief valve (3) in order to provide pilot supply oil for the main control valve and the steering system. The pilot supply oil that is used for the implement system flows from pilot relief valve (3) to the combination valve for pilot supply (1).

View of Main Control Valve (1) Combination valve for pilot supply. (2) Pilot control actuator.Combination valve (1) is used to control the supply of pilot oil to pilot control actuators (2). Pilot control actuators (2) are located on the ends of the spools of the main control valve. Pilot control actuators (2) are used to shift the spools in the main control valve.Combination valve (1) will also regenerate the hydraulic oil from the lift cylinder in order to lower the implement when the engine is not operating.
