Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Remove".

Remove bolts (2) that hold adapter (1) to fan pulley hub (3). Remove adapter (1) from fan pulley hub (3).

Remove O-ring seal (4) from adapter (1).

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan drive pulley (5).
Remove bolts (6) and the washers that hold fan drive pulley (5) to fan pulley hub (3). Remove fan drive pulley (5) from fan pulley hub (3). The weight of fan drive pulley (5) is approximately 65 kg (144 lb).

Remove bolts (7) and the washers that hold retaining washer (8) to shaft (9) (not shown).
