Remove the front bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
Drain the cooling system coolant below the level of coolant tank (2). Drain the cooling system coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".

Remove clamp (1). Swing open radiator grill (2) .

Remove upper mounts (3) and lower mounts (4) for both sides.

Loosen clamps (5). Remove tube assembly (6) .

Loosen clamps (8). Remove elbow (7) .

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator (11). The weight of radiator (11) is approximately 204 kg (450 lb). Remove radiator (11) .

Remove bolts (13). Remove top tank (12) .
