(1) Platform (2) Exhaust manifold (3) SupportThe hardware fastens platform (1) to exhaust manifold (2) and the hardware fastens the exhaust manifold to support (3) .The hardware includes new spacers that control the deflection of new spring washers in order to allow the spring washers to function without overloading.Washers are also not included for the bolts in the platform.Adaptable To: The new parts and the previously used parts are identified in Table 1.The new parts are adaptable to the above engines that have the 355-7001 Platform .The new parts are effective with engine serial number LLM01179.

Remove and retain three bolts (A) and three hard washers (B) .
Remove and discard two bolts (E), two washers (F), plate (C), and block (D) .
Install three bolts (A) and three hard washers (B) retained in Step 1.
Repeat Step 1 through Step 3 for opposite side.

At the top of the platform, remove bolt (1), the spring disk, and the spacer.If the bolt is in good condition, the bolt can be reused.

At the top of the platform, use bolt (1) to install washer (2), disc spring (3), and spacer (4) .

Remove the hardware that fastens the exhaust manifold to the support below the manifold.None of the hardware will be reused.
