Step 3: Ensure the 361-7140 crankcase pressure indicator is oriented as shown in Image 1.2.1 and the the 438-9329 Hose is connected to the bottom of the crankcase pressure indicator to ensure it is reading positive pressure.

Step 4: Secure the hose to the oil bypass line at the block with 0S-1590 Bolt, 9X-6458 washer, and 8M-2770 Clip as shown in Image 1.3.1.

Before completing the attached Rework Procedure, please review the safety actions in the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the engine.
Step 1: Remove the existing 6V-1363 Hose and associated hose support hardware from the 399-7931 Filter Gp or 421-7468 Filter Gp on the right hand side of the engine.
Step 2: Install 3 ft (91.4 cm) of 438-9329 Hose, shown as Item 2 in Image 2.1.1, between the crankcase pressure indicator and the connection on the block shown is Items 1 and 3 respectively in Image 2.1.1 using two 195-8372 Clamps.

Step 3: Ensure the 361-7140 crankcase pressure indicator is oriented as shown in Image 2.2.1 and the the 438-9329 Hose is connected to the bottom of the crankcase pressure indicator to ensure it is reading positive pressure.

Step 4: Secure the hose to the upper area of the oil cooler bonnet using 6V-8801 Nut, 5P-1075 Washer, 8T-4896 Washer, 4L-6454 Bolt, two 8T-4896 Washers, 5K-6439 Clip, 0S-1594 Bolt, and 273-8967 Bracket as shown as Item 1 in Image 2.3.1.
Step 5: Secure the hose lower area of the oil cooler bonnet using 5K-6438 Clip, 1A-5964 Bolt and 8T-4896 Washer.
