13. Remove the bolts and clips (12) and (14) that hold wire harness assembly (7) to plate assembly (13).14. Remove bolt (20) and the clip that holds wire harness assembly (7) to plate assembly (13).15. Remove the bolt and clip (17) that holds cable assembly (19) to plate assembly (16).16. Remove five bolts (15) and plate assembly (13) from the machine.17. Remove two bolts (18) and plate assembly (16) from the machine. 18. Bend open clip (24) that connects tube assembly (22) to tube assembly (23).19. Disconnect tube assembly (22) from tee fitting (21). 20. Remove the two bolts, and disconnect tube assembly (27) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank.21. Remove the four bolts, and disconnect tube assembly (25) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank.22. Remove the four bolts, and disconnect elbow (26) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank. 23. Disconnect tube assembly (28) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank.24. Remove the four bolts, and disconnect tube assembly (29) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank.25. Remove the four bolts, and disconnect tube assembly (30) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank. 26. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to hydraulic tank (31) as shown. 27. Remove two bolts (34) and angle assembly (32) from each side of the machine.28. Disconnect tube assemblies (33) and (35) from unions (36) and (37).29. Remove four bolts (38) from each side of the machine that hold pedestal assemblies (39) to the frame.30. Remove hydraulic tank (31) from the machine. The weight of the hydraulic tank is 195 kg (430 lb.).Install Hydraulic Tank
1. Check the O-ring seals in elbow (2) and tube assemblies (1) for wear or damage. If necessary, make a replacement. Put two bolts (4) in the front holes of tube assembly (3) and one bolt (5) in the left front hole of tube assembly (6) before the hydraulic tank is put into position on the machine.2. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to hydraulic tank (7) as shown. Put the hydraulic tank in position on the machine. 3. Install four bolts (13) on each side of the machine that hold pedestal assemblies (14) to the frame.4. Connect tube assemblies (9) and (10) to unions (11) and (12).5. Put angle assembly (8) in position on each side of the machine, and install the two bolts that hold them in place. 6. Put spacer (15) and clip (16) in position, and install the four bolts that connect tube assembly (6) to the bottom of the hydraulic tank.7. Install the four bolts that connect tube assembly (3) to the bottom of the hydraulic tank.8. Connect tube assembly (17) to the bottom of the hydraulic tank. 9. Install the four bolts that connect elbow (2) to the bottom of the hydraulic tank.10. Install the four bolts that connect tube assembly (18) to the bottom of the hydraulic tank.11. Put tube assembly (19) in position on the bottom of the hydraulic tank, and install the two bolts that hold
