Machine Preparation
Drive the machine onto a smooth level surface that can support the weight of the machine.
Turn off the engine and remove the key from the starting switch.
Perform Lockout Tag Out procedure by attaching a warning tag to the machine controls.Replacement Procedure

Cut the adhesive of the sash with the knife or piano wire. Insert the wire in the (2) seal sponge on a lower corner.
Remove the sash frame from the door frame.
Remove the adhesive that remains in the door frame with a knife. Wipe the remaining adhesive with a cloth with white gasoline or volatile solvent. Do not wipe the area with alcohols.Install the New Sash Frame
Clean the surface of the sash with white gasoline or volatile solvent.Note: Use Sunstar Engineering Inc. #435-11 or 3M surface prep Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) or equivalent. No primer is needed if using the referenced 3M products.
Apply a primer and then adhesive to the new sash frame.Note: Use Sunstar Engineering Inc. #435-97B or equivalent for the primer and Sunstar Engineering Inc. #560 or equivalent for the adhesive. An equivalent adhesive to use is Scotch Grip 1357 by 3M Company. Bond within 5 minutes after the adhesive is applied.
Confirm to the corner area (area Z) whether there is space in the joining surface for the water leak. Fill in the gap with sealant if necessary.

If there is any adhesive out of the frame, wipe off the adhesive with the cloth that contains the white gasoline.
Secure the sash with tape. Do not operate the machine or remove the tape for a minimum of 24 hours.
