Bearing Lubrication FittingsThe swing bearing is located between the upper frame and the lower frame.The swing bearing is equipped with two grease fittings which allow lubrication of the internal bearing surfaces. Use a 2S-3230 Grease Cartridge in order to lubricate the swing bearing.
Wipe both fittings before you apply lubricant.
Apply the lubricant through the fittings that are shown in Illustration 1.Use a hand grease gun to lubricate the swing bearing.
Rotate the machine to the right for one-third of a turn.
Stop the machine and apply lubricant through the fittings that are shown in Illustration 1.
Rotate the machine to the right for one-third of a turn.
Stop the machine and apply lubricant through the fittings that are shown in Illustration 1.
Do not apply additional lubricant to the fittings.
Rotate the machine for two complete revolutions in each direction. This will evenly distribute all of the newly applied grease.
